The On-line Store is operated by Tweed Country Sports AB [VAT:no SE556742997101]. The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the On-line Store localized on web address www.countrysports.se.

Prices
All prices on each product and in the checkout are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Minimum order value is 400 SEK. We reserve the right to change the prices or shipping costs at any time. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

VAT and Tax Free Non EU orders
All our prices include 25% Swedish tax [VAT]. Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free an will therefore not be charged for any tax - VAT will be deducted manually from your credit card bill when shipping your order.

Payment
Tweed Country Sports accepts payment by VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched.

Countries we ship to
We offer shipping to Europe, Australia, USA and Canada.

Shipping rates
Europe: For orders under 1000 SEK we charge 100 SEK to partly cover our packaging and shipping expenses. Orders from 1000 SEK are delivered free of charge.

Australia, USA and Canada: We charge overseas orders at cost. E-mail us at store@countrysports.se to get a shipping quote.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days from the time it was placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including carrier and tracking number information.

Shipping and collecting packages within Sweden
Orders within Sweden will be shipped with Swedish national post [Posten]. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.

Shipping and collecting international orders
International orders will be shipped with Swedish national post. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the Swedish national post website. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. During the checkout you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery time
Swedish in stock orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. International orders will be delivered within 2-7 days from day you received the shipping confirmation. Special order goods are normally dipatched within 2 weeks.

Uncollected packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Tweed Country Sports. We charge 350 SEK for all uncollected packages.

Damage during delivery
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.

Exchanges, returns and refunds
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the products to Tweed Country Sports in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice.

Tweed Country Sports will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your responsibility. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Tweed Country Sports receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Tweed Country Sports.

In the case of an exchange, Tweed Country Sports will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.

Privacy
The personal information you forward to us will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings we have and to assure you the best service. We will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

Disclaimer
Our ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the On-line Store can differ from their actual colors. Tweed Country Sports cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Force Majeure
If Tweed Country Sports fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Tweed Country Sports can not be held responsible.
