We first saw this wax jacketA wax jacket is a type of hip-length raincoat made from waxed cotton cloth, iconic of British country life. Today it is commonly worn for outdoor rural pursuits such as hunting, shooting and fishing. It is a cotton jacket made water-resistant by a paraffin-based waxing, typically with a tartan lining and a corduroy or leather collar. In Sweden known as "oljerock" on the Chrysalis stand at Pitti Uomo in Florence. While completely knocked out by its immediate appeal, we asked Chrysalis lengthen it by an inch to add some off-bike edge. Made from a heavy dry waxed cotton, with a large amount of details, Chrysalis went all the way to perfect it. Featuring bellow hip pockets, high angled studded pockets and an action back it will serve you well whatever you do. Quilted lining to keep you warm and with an adjustable elastic waistband that shaped the jacket. Snug fit over the shoulders and sleeves, as it should be on a motorcycle jacket.

100 % cotton dry wax fabric. Brass zipper and real horn button front. Full quilted lining. Four large flapped external pockets and one internal studded pocket. Adjustable elastic waist drawstring. Action back shoulders. CorduroyCorduroy is a textile composed of twisted fibers that, when woven, lie parallel (similar to twill) to one another to form the cloth's distinct pattern, a "cord." Modern corduroy is most commonly composed of tufted cords, sometimes exhibiting a channel (bare to the base fabric) between the tufts. Corduroy is, in essence, a ridged form of velvet. In Sweden known as "Manchester" collar. Buttoned cuff. Dry clean only. Madin in England from British materials.
