2010-11-16Since 2007 Tweed Country Sports have been the agent for a number of British country clothing brands in Scandinavia and have created a website and an on-line store dedicated to country sports and style. Now they open up a store and showroom at Rörstrandsgatan 17 in Stockholm. Here classic garments are mixed with heritage fashion from the British Isles.

Press Release: He wants to dress Scandinavia in Tweed
2008-11-27Growing increasingly tired of "functional" plastic clothing, Karl Oskar Källsner now wants to dress shooters, riders, flyfishers and golfers in tweed. In England there is a more traditional approach to outdoor clothing, although without making a functional sacrifice. Being well dressed but not overly formal, whether in the office or in the field, is a joy best experienced in classic English country clothing.
Personal Presentation
Karl Oskar Källsner is the majority owner and the managing director of Tweed Country Sports. He has nourished a lifelong interest in country sports and British style and has extensive knowledge about the Swedish country sports sector.
He has an MBA in marketing and distribution channels from Stockholm School of Economics. After graduation he worked at the Swedish Sports Fishing Federation, promoting angling and fly fishing in the north of Sweden; before moving on to larger public relations tasks as Faculty information officer of marketing and internet strategies at Karlstad University.
He presently lives at the Beckershof estate in a rural area about 100 miles from Stockholm, with his wife and three children. A Labrador retriever is also part of the family.
